Di sini kalian bisa menemukan beberapa page yang aku buat beserta postinga-postingannya. Apa saja itu?

1. Pertama ada ‘My Novels‘ yang berisi tentang cerita apa saja yang sudah kubukukan dan detail novel-novel tersebut.

2. Kedua page ‘Fanfiction’ yang berisi beberapa fanfiction yang pernah kubuat. Fanfiction sendiri ada dua macam yang aku buat. Ada yang oneshoot dan chapter dan ada beberapa yang kuberi password karena tulisan itu memiliki rating usia.

3. Ketiga ‘Stories’ hampir sama dengan page fanfiction hanya saja jenisnya beda beda dari fanfiction. Cerita di stories itu adalah original fiction yang kubuat. Terbagi juga menjadi dua yaitu cerpen dan chapters.

4. Keempat ‘Movie Review’ yang berisi tulisan-tulisanku sebagai penggemar film dan drama. Di page itu aku menulis review akan beberapa film dan drama yang sudah kunonton dan menurutku bagus untuk kureview. 

5. Kelima page ‘Password‘ berhubungan di fanfiction ada beberapa yang aku password, jadi aku memberikan password bagi kalian yang ingin membaca dengan cukup mengikuti hal yang kutulis dipage password tersebut.

Among Us, The Computer Games as Stimulus to Learning Foreign Language

Among Us is an online multiplayer game that can be played on PC and mobile. This
game was developed and published by American game studios, Innersloth. This game was
released on June 15, 2018. However, the game suddenly became popular and hits game this year after several famous celebrities like Chanyeol EXO, Haechan and Taeyong NCT mentioned that they are playing this game.

Among Us consists of two-player roles, The Impostor and Crewmates. The game is
almost similar to the mafia game/werewolf game that is usually played in reality. The task of The Impostor is to kill the crewmates one by one in each session and sabotage their missions to achieve their victory. Meanwhile, Crewmates’ task is to finish all the missions while guessing who the real Impostor is.

What makes this game fun is that players can interact witheach other every time there is a murder committed by The Impostor or when a Crewmate gathers the players for an emergency meeting. In the meeting, the Crewmates will try to guess who The Impostor and The Imposter will try to save themselves from all the suspicions of the Crewmates by providing good defenses.

Among Us is one of great stimulus for learning English as well as entertainment for
computer and mobile users. Through the meeting sessions, this game will not only stimulate the English language skills, but also the ability critically thinking and problem-solving skill between the players to reach the victory.

Besides this is really famous game, you can also learn and entertain yourself with this game. You can download Among Us in PlayStore or any other applications story in your device.

Learn English in Fun Way with TED-Ed

There is a lot of platforms that people can use as an English learning tool. One of them is TED-Ed. Ted-Ed is one of the platforms by TED Conference. TED Conferences LLC (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is an American media organization that posts talks online for free distribution under the slogan “ideas worth spreading”. TED-Ed itself is a YouTube channel from Ted that creates short animated educational videos. It also has its own website (https://ed.ted.com/). TED-Ed lessons are created in collaboration with educators and animators. Current advisers for Ted-Ed lessons include Aaron Sams, Jackie Bezos, John Hunter, Jonathan Bergmann, Sir Ken Robinson, Melinda French Gates, and Sal Khan. It has over 18.5 million subscribers and over 1.5 billion views as of September 2020.

For me, TED-Ed is a really interesting channel to learn English with, especially for children who still about to learn English. With many topic learning and cute animated videos which of course won’t let the learners feel bored. TED-Ed also provides some sign-up options like signup as a teacher or student. So, you can be a student or teacher here depends on your purpose of using the website. In the material subject of the video, you will find some step of learning:  

1. Watch: In this step, TED-Ed will show an animated video of your chosen topic. The video’s duration is about 3-10 minutes.
2. Think: In this “Think” section, TED-Ed gives several questions related to the material subject in the previous video. The questions can be multiple choices or open answer. And you don’t need to worry if you think it’s difficult because “Think” also provides some hints that you can use.
3. Dig Deeper: In here is for further information about the material subject or topic. The teachers usually fill this section with some addition to the explanations. Or they also usually put some links for us to open.
4. Discuss: Like its name, this section is to discuss more about the topic. The teachers with giving some discussion topics and the learners can write a comment about their confusion or any other discuss
5. …And Finally: This last section is to tell learners about the conclusion of the study section. The teachers also usually give a new assignment for the learners to sharpen what they have studied.

Podcast: English Learning Tool and Example

Have you ever play Spotify and suddenly a voice advertisement of some story in your playlist. Maybe you don’t know what is kind of story in a voice like that? Is it a radio? No. Nowadays it called a podcast

In a brief explanation, a podcast is an episodic collection of downloadable audio files of spoken words that a user can download for easy listening on a personal device. In detail, a podcast is a collection of spoken words, audio episodes, all based on a specific subject or theme, such as cycling or start-ups, in a little more detail. Usually, a podcast series features one or more rotating guests engaging in a conversation about a single subject or current issue. Inside a podcast, dialog and material can vary from deliberately scripted to totally improvised. Through an app on your account devices, you can subscribe to the show and listen to episodes whenever you want on your headphones, in the car, or through speakers.

In my opinion, the podcast also a great tool for learning, especially for learning a foreign language such as English. This is because some people didn’t learn enough from reading and they need some explanation. However, for English language learners, listen to an English podcast is one of the best choices. Podcast provides my topic, theme, and purpose. A podcast can be entertainment such as storytelling or discussion. And this kind of podcast is also a good choice for learning.

We can take an example from my project podcast. I as an interviewee of the podcast discuss some perfect stories to read at Christmas. In here, I was telling a story of my recommendation and discuss with the host the story. What is our favorite part, what is our opinion about the story, and what we can learn from the story? This kind of podcast is really easy to understand and follow.

My Reply: A Reader’s Review of SOY Platinum

Hi, everyone!!!

Setelah sekian lama ngak muncul lagi di wordpress, aku kembali dengan tulisan baru. Bukan karya fiksi tapi sesuatu yang benar-benar menarik perhatianku hihi. Ya, 

*Btw sebelum baca, siapkan posisi enak, secangkir kopi kalau bisa, dan snack. Soalnya pembahasannya sedikit panjang. Ehe.*

So, awal ceritanya itu bermula pas aku lagi lihat-lihat review buku SOY dengan gabutnya. Di antara semua apresiasi serta beberapa saran/kritik yang membangun dari review-review pembaca SOY, I found something. Itu adalah sebuah review yang membuatku bingung, lucu, tapi dapat kritik yang membangun juga (eh tapi pada dasarnya isinya hampir semuanya kritik sih, but I don’t mind it because every writer needs critics to be better) tapi beberapa kritiknya yang kutemukan itu membingungkan dan lucu karena ada buanyak kesalahpahaman.
